Members

Medica Kosova is founded and registered based on Law on Freedom of Association according to which Assembly of Members is the highest decision making body and the Advisory Board proposes solutions and strategies to be approved by the Assembly.

At least 2/3 of Assembly Members must be present in the Annual Assembly meetings for adopting narrative and financial reports issued by Management and strategies designed for implementation of organisational objectives and goals.
