Veprore Shehu delivers the price for the best campaign for Fides Awards

At Hotel Emerald, in Pristina, the Forum for Civic Initiatives (FIQ), for the seventh time organized the ceremony of FIDES Award in 2015 and celebrated the 15th anniversary of its founding in the presence of  the President of Kosovo, academic and state personalitie. This event was also attended from local and international organizations, representatives of businesses and the Albanian diaspora, as well as civil society and the media.

Among other awards, FIDES Award for the best awareness campaign is provided to Alketa Xhafa Mripa as the author of the installation "Thinking of you" in supporting victims of sexual violence during the last war in Kosovo.

This award on behalf of the organizers was given by Executive Director of Medica Kosova Mrs. Veprore Shehu who spoke about the relevance of this campaign in promoting war experiences of women and their claim for society support. In the absence of the author Mrs.Xhafa Mripa award was delivered to her father the painter Xhevdet Xhafa.
